A vast majority of our products are available for next day delivery and anything we do not have in stock for next day will be delivered in maximum 5 working days free of charge.
Our products are shipped from various locations around the world including London, Beijing, and Los Angeles to ensure we can reach you at lighting speeds.
Standard Delivery - 3 to 5 working days - FREE
All items in our store are available for standard delivery, and we do not charge you for this as we appreciate your patience. Any items that can only be delivered via standard delivery will be indicated to you on the product page.
Next Day Delivery - Monday to Friday - order by 2pm - Tracked - £5.99
Next Day Delivery is only available for selected items indicated in store. Due to high demands on our store, next day delivery can only be provided for items we have in stock.
Saturday Delivery Guaranteed - order by 2pm Friday - £15.00
Our couriers generally deliver on Saturday. However, this is not guaranteed for standard delivery or next day delivery. The only way we can guarantee a delivery on Saturday is to choose our Saturday Delivery Guaranteed option. This means our couriers will ensure you parcel is delivered specifically on Saturday without fail.
EUROPE & IRELAND - 3 to 5 Working Days - £10 (€11)
We deliver very quickly to Europe, with customers typically receiving their orders in 3 days. We dispatch your orders on the same day so your parcel makes its way to you very quickly.
USA - 3 to 5 Working Days - £10 ($13)
We also deliver very quickly to the USA, with customers receiving their orders in 2-3 days. We aim to dispatch all orders the same day they are received and should reach you in 5 working days maximum.
REST OF THE WORLD - £10

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All our products are refundable and exchangeable, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number. All returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.

How Long Will The Hair Last?
With good care and maintenance our hair will last up to 2 years.
Closures and Frontals will last up to 3 to 4 installs with good care.
Does The Hair Shed?
No - our customers do not complain of shedding. We use high quality factory machinery to secure the wefts.
Can I Bleach or Dye The Hair?
Yes you can - we particularly recommend our cambodian hair for colouring purposes.
Can I Use Heat Tools to Style The Hair?
Yes - our hair will not become damaged when styled with heat. We recommend Cambodian Hair for regular heat styling.
Where Is The Hair From?
We supply hair from India, China, Cambodia, Vietnam and Kazakhstan. Our factory is based in China, this is where the hair is cleaned, cut and woven into bundles and lace pieces.

Where Is My Package?
Please check your email for your tracking number and how to track your parcel. If your parcel has passed the estimated date of delivery please email sales@noxuhair.com to begin an investigation.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Please make sure you have requested your refund by emailing sales@noxuhair.com. Once requested your refund will be with you in up to 7 days depending on your payment method.
How Can I Return My Order?
Please email sales@noxuhair.com to notify our representatives. You will then be provided an address to return your order to. Return delivery charges must be covered by the buyer. We are not liable for goods damaged or missing in the post. Your refund will be processed once your parcel has been received.
